Liberal professor bullied and reprimanded for protesting anti-white “Day of Absence”

The whiny social justice warriors are at it again! This time calling for the resignation of biology professor Bret Weinstein of Evergreen State College. Evergreen State, out of Olympia, Washington, holds an annual “Day of Absence,” where people of color are encouraged to skip class and reflect on the ‘oppression’ that stunts their progress in society. Not only do these SJWs ditch classes they pay for, but the remaining student body is forced to participate in “anti-racism workshops and seminars.”
While previous “Day of Absence” have not been met with much scrutiny, seeing that voluntarily missing classes does not affect the student body or faculty, this year’s was much different. Behold 2017, where the students of Evergreen state college are not inspiring people of color to ditch class, but DEMANDING that white students and faculty need not show up on this day. Enter Bret Weinstein, who, in an email sent to multicultural advising director, Rashida Love, deplores this behavior, calling it “forceful” and “crippling to the logic of oppression.” While Weinstein does acknowledge the ‘oppression’ these students face, he does not believe that forcing white students and faculty to not present themselves on this day is beneficial at all.
Not only did Weinstein call his email a “formal protest” but he showed up on campus that day to continue his objection to the “Day of Absence.” SJWs at Evergreen were not pleased with this, staging their own ‘protest,’ consisting of harassment and constant berating of the professor. These ‘protesters’ not only screamed at him, calling for his resignation, but ran amuck around the college, stopping cars going in and out of the campus, demanding information about drivers and passengers. Weinstein was told by police at Evergreen that he “was being sought” and that “students, staff, and faculty are not safe.” If you thought 2016 was bad, 2017 thus far, has been the year of the social justice warrior, creating division and uncertainty throughout college campuses. Conservative speakers have been shunned and banned from many Universities, and even self-identified leftists, like Weinstein, aren’t safe from the unhinged and fragile nature of the ‘oppressed.’
